This hotel is absolutely amazing! Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted by the welcoming staff, who were always ready to assist me with any of my needs. the room was luxury personified, with exclusive amenities that met all my needs, and the view was simply breathtaking. the outdoor swimming pool was well, maintained, and the garden area was impeccable. the restaurant serves delicious food and drinks, with the option for in, room breakfast, and the bar/lounge area is perfect for unwinding after a long day.

The only minor issue that I faced was the location advantage , while it was peaceful and serene, it was a bit far from the airport, resulting in pricier taxi rides. this was easily overshadowed by the luxurious experience this hotel provided.

the welcoming staff provided bottled water in our room each day. the restaurant served delicious food every morning for breakfast and most of our dinners. the hotel room was very clean with comfortable beds. It had a fantastic view of the mountains and a beautiful pool was available for relaxation.

The language barrier caused a slight issue while ordering food as the menu was in Spanish, but otherwise, we had a great experience.

Great value, Good location and Reasonable meals. For a budget hotel, this place is great value! the rooms are very basic but offer all you need if you are not too fussy. the location is great and very central to the city, making it very easy to get around. the meals are also reasonably priced and were of better quality than I expected. I also liked that the hotel offered an airport shuttle service which made it very easy for us to get to and from the airport.

Noisy and outdated. One big problem with this hotel is the noise.

The hotel provided excellent New Year's Eve dinner and a party with live music. The pool area was beautifully decorated with lights.

The air conditioning in the room was very noisy and didn't cool the room enough. The shower pressure was weak and the hot water was not consistent.
